INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER
  • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  • 2 1/4 CUP FLOUR
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 TEASPOON ALMOND EXTRACT

CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR, THEN BLEND IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS.  FILL COOKIE PRESS WITH PORTION OF DOUGH.  USE UNGREASED BAKING SHEET, PLACING IN OVEN FOR 6-9 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET (DO NOT BROWN) 400 DEGREES.
